In order to keep an up to date record of our members and people who are taking part in our groups, we encourage everyone to complete our Registration form and PAR-Q (Physical activity Readiness-Questionnaire).
First and foremost, this is critical for participant safety and understanding the needs of our groups. Secondly, it is incredibly useful to keep track of how popular our sessions are and where we need to support groups with extra resources and activators.
The forms will take less than 3 minutes to complete and submit. When these are complete you will be given a membership number and card to bring along to our sessions so we can sign you in.
